Hey Mama, how are you? It’s great to finally meet you.

I know you’re here for a reason. Perhaps you’re not quite able to put into words yet what that reason actually is and if that’s the case, don’t worry, that’s where I come in.

I’m going to help you get clear on that and start creating the transformation that you are craving.

Having worked with so many mothers over the past few years, I am CERTAIN that you and I have a lot in common. I wrote this course as a result of my own struggles with who I was becoming and how out of alignment I felt as my children began to grow up.

Becoming a mother births a very narrow, crystal clear sense of purpose. Looking after the needs of our children becomes our main focus as we learn how to get through the days with a new-born baby. We think, talk and dream about our babies, their needs, their wants and our wishes for them and their future. It is ALL consuming.

This may be the first time in your life that you’ve ever experienced this type of purpose, this type of sharply focused mission. It leaves no room for anything else for a while and the intensity of it can be a shock to the system. 

Never before have you been pulled so tightly between pain and pleasure, hope and despair, highs and lows. There is no room to squeeze anything else into your life because you are being pulled to maximum tension with the different driving forces in your life.

What Happens To You As Your Child Grows Up?

As your baby gets older and you settle into this role of a lifetime, the tension begins to decrease as the intensity of your child’s needs begins to let up and some slack starts to appear in your life, you can start to find room in your life for other things, other interests again.

This is another HUGE shift in identity and when this happens, it’s normal to feel lost, to feel like you don’t quite know who you are any more, that something is missing. This is exactly what happened to me, I get it. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

  • The things that you used to like doing no longer appeal to you and you don’t know what it is you want anymore.
  • You have so much going on, so many competing priorities, that trying to rediscover something that brings you joy, something that is just for you, can seem like just another thing to add to your ‘to do’ list.
  • That feeling you have when you’re out of alignment is draining.
  • You deliberately ignore the signs in your life that are telling you something needs to change and you’re making choices which you know deep down are not the best for you in the long run.

The feeling is relentless, even when you try and ignore it. It gnaws away at you and reminds you that there are areas in your life that need tending to, it leaves you feeling tired and not knowing where to even start in trying to change something.

ALIGN is 4 week, self-paced course designed to help get you excited and confident about your life again. The course has been broken down into separate weekly content blocks. These are:

Week 0

A cheeky bonus week to help get you warmed up and in the right frame of mind for getting the most out of this course. We get the ball rolling with some questions designed to help get you clear as to why you’re doing this course.

Week 1 – ACCEPT

The content for this week is all about encouraging you to be honest about where you are right now in order to start taking steps to create the change you want.

Week 2 - ADJUST

This week builds on the previous weeks and supports you as you identify where in your life would benefit from an adjustment. You will appreciate the power behind tiny but mighty adjustments and learn that you don’t need to wait until tomorrow, next month or next year to start.

Week 3 – ALIGN

This week is all about taking stock of your life and recognising what your priorities ACTUALLY are and not what you want them to be (there’s a HUGE difference here). When you’ve identified your top priorities, I show you how to set them up for success so you feel aligned with your thoughts and actions.

Week 4 – INTEGRATION

This is where we let the magic settle and take root inside of you in order to make sure you carry it forward with you.

Are you getting excited about what’s possible for you? I hope so because that’s exactly how I felt when I created this course for myself and then for all the other mums it has gone on to help.

After working through this course, you’re going to feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders when you start to get clear what isn’t working for you now. Being able to see your life through a different lens does wonders for possibility, all of a sudden what was confusing and overwhelming is very easily managed.

Rather than bottling up your fears and hiding your vulnerabilities, you’ll be comfortable with acknowledging them and talking about them in order to question the stories you’re telling yourself not only about why things are the way they are, but also why they have to stay this way. I can assure you that nothing has to stay the same, where you are now is not where you will always be, I promise.
